Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a web workbench that generates and edits images with FLUX 3 Image, a model made by Black Forest Labs, accessed through fal. Your prompts and any reference images you upload are sent to fal and the model provider to render your request. Generation is paid for in credits as described on the site and in our credits guide. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Generate, upload, or request sexual or pornographic content, nudity, or sexualized depictions of any person, including "undressing" a person or altering the clothing of a real person.
• Create any sexual content involving minors, or upload images of minors for editing in any sexualized context.
• Depict a real person without their consent, or create deceptive or impersonating imagery (deepfakes).
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, self-harm, or illegal activity.

Every prompt and reference image is screened before generation, and every generated image is screened before delivery. A refused request is not charged; an image withheld after generation refunds its credits. Repeated violations pause generation for 24 hours, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that persist. Records of refused requests are retained to demonstrate compliance to payment partners and authorities. To report content that violates these rules, contact us using the details below.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period, in US dollars (USD). You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds and subscription cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy: refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase subject to its eligibility rules, an approved refund cancels the related subscription immediately and revokes the remaining credits granted by that order, and you can cancel a subscription yourself at any time under Settings → Billing.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and to the acceptable-use rules above, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes; you remain responsible for any third-party rights, trademarks, or likenesses that appear in them.

FLUX is a trademark of Black Forest Labs; it is used here only to identify the model we provide access to. Flux 3 Image is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Black Forest Labs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
